The hotel is collaborating with Swire Properties to introduce the first set of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. In total, 228 luxury branded residences will be available, all located in an 800-foot tower on the island community of Brickell Key, just a short distance from Miami's lively downtown.

The residences are part of the brand’s ambitious plans to transform this secluded island into a unique residential and hospitality destination. They are located in two towers on the site, which are connected by a landscaped podium. The South Tower will feature The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while The North Tower will be the new flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel in North America.

One of the first properties to be listed for sale is the residence’s crown jewel, a $100 million duplex penthouse. Although the price may catch attention, the property's design is equally impressive.
