Being part of the " The Listing Team"  is very motivating; Scott is a very enthusiastic and energetic person. Also, he brings us a new business opportunity every day. I am very happy with the team. 

Being part of The Listing Team at RelatedISG International Realty is a great experience. It has opened a wide range of possibilities to structure and grow my business, having given me lots of leads to work with successfully in the present and to fill up the pipeline for the future. The tools that Scott Lehr has given and taught our team to use will definitely help me to build a stronger client database. Also the fact that he keeps us informed on the latest and innovative technology available in our field is essential to survive as a Realtor and to provide our clients with the best results. Scott is very knowledgeable and I believe he is a great asset to our company.

I am very happy to be a part of the Listing Team at RelatedISG. Scott is a good trainer and motivated person. He work too hard for us, very professional, helper. I have to dedicate more time with the clients. I am working with some of them. Some time is difficult to work with people you don't know.

Before I joined  the Listing Team at RelatedISG International Realty, I was impressed by  Scott Lehr’s energy, leadership, knowledge, as well as his incredible patience when teaching and explaining how to navigate various lead-generating platforms to the agents. He is a very hard worker and keeps finding ways to obtain more quality leads. Additionally, Scott offers to accompany us when we need to meet a prospect for the first time to show a property or to make a listing presentation. He has done this already on my behalf.

I have now been part of this team for about five months and I can say that almost 50% of most agents generate business from past clients — if they keep in contact with them. With Scott’s help, we have the opportunity to generate more income by getting new leads to feed our pipeline through cold calling. Even though I had no past experience with cold calling, I now feel more confident doing this. I still need to work further on mastering this skill, but it has definitely improved. Scott pushes us daily to make the calls and reminds us of the importance of follow-up. I currently have potential clients in my database that I acquired from the various resources that Scott has provided to me.

Being part of The Listing Team at RelatedISG International Realty is such a great opportunity to grow my business. The Listing Team has given me the resources to be on top of my business, getting new leads and has given me the confidence to continue my journey as a real estate agent. Plus, I love working as a team! The collaboration is incredible and working with Scott is always fun.
