Objective

The goal of this partnership is to:

  1. Provide RESF Agents with access to cutting-edge tools like Ylopo CRM, AI automation, and voice AI.

  2. Establish a clear, step-by-step process for lead management and marketing to ensure consistency and success.

  3. Offer creative marketing solutions, including video production, 3D tours, and digital advertising.

  4. Share high-quality leads and split referral fees equitably.

  5. Help agents stand out in the market through professional branding and innovative marketing strategies.

  6. Maximize Listing Exposure: Provide free access to a Homes.com membership for enhanced visibility of your listings.

Proposed Collaboration

1. Access to Ylopo CRM and Structured Process

  • The Listing Team will provide RESF Agents with access to Ylopo CRM, a powerful platform for managing contacts and leads.

  • Agents must agree to follow a specific step-by-step process for using Ylopo and optimizing the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to ensure compliance and results.

  • Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure adherence to the process.

2. Free Homes.com Membership Integration

  • The Listing Team will attach RESF Agents to its Homes.com membership at no additional cost, providing your listings with premium exposure to a broader audience.

  • To activate this benefit, MLS optimization is required as part of the setup process. The Listing Team will handle this step and explain the details upon agreement.

  • No fees will be charged for this service.

3. Comprehensive Training and Support

  • Ylopo CRM Training: Agents will receive free training on Ylopo CRM to maximize lead management, follow-up, and reporting capabilities.

  • MLS Optimization Training: Step-by-step guidance on leveraging MLS integration for Homes.com exposure and compliance.

  • AI Automation & Voice AI Training: Hands-on instruction for using AI tools effectively, including best practices for minimizing connection time costs.

  • Third-Party Service Training: Access to training materials and live sessions for platforms like Raiya, Diva, and other marketing tools.

  • Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth adoption of all tools and processes.

4. Lead Generation and Referral Fees

  • The Listing Team will supply high-quality leads to RESF Agents.

  • 50% referral fee will be shared with agents for any closed transactions resulting from these leads.

  • This ensures a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties.

5. AI Automation and Voice AI Integration

  • The Listing Team will introduce agents to AI automation tools and voice AI to streamline daily business operations.

  • Automation Costs:

    • Agents will be billed $0.15 per minute for connection time used by AI automation tools (e.g., lead follow-ups, client calls).

    • Ylopo CRM’s AI features are provided at no additional cost.

  • Automation handles repetitive tasks such as lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client communication.

6. Creative Marketing Solutions

  • Video Production: Access to a professional studio for promotional videos.

  • 3D Tours: Complimentary 3D tours for listings to attract buyers.

  • Digital Advertising: Use of Raiya and Diva for texting campaigns, video ads, and still ads.

7. Advertising and Website Support

  • Access to a fully functional website with AI-driven marketing automation.

  • Advertising Costs:

    • Agents are responsible for 100% of their own ad spend (e.g., Facebook ads, video ads, Google Ads).

    • The Listing Team will provide guidance to optimize ad budgets and ROI.
