Tell us about your first deal in real estate?

My journey in the real estate industry began with selling timeshares and vacation packages, marking my first official real estate transaction as a licensed agent. Before this, I had been involved in property investments, including fix and flips, rehab projects, and rental properties as a property owner.

Interestingly, my inaugural venture into the world of single-family homes involved a listing opportunity. Yes, I secured a listing before working with any buyers.

The transaction went exceptionally smoothly, and it was at that moment I realized my true calling and recognized where my strengths lay.

Since my very first day in real estate, I have consistently harnessed the power of photography, video, 3D technology, and artificial intelligence for all my listings, whether they were for rent or sale, regardless of the price range. This approach has consistently delivered successful results for my clients.

Which book would you recommend the rookie you to read?

I have attached it; it's called "Never Split The Difference."

What inspired you to get into real estate?

I am deeply enthusiastic about sharing valuable information with people, guiding them through the intricacies of home ownership, and highlighting the many advantages it offers. Homeownership not only provides stability and security but also serves as a valuable investment, allowing individuals to build equity and establish a sense of belonging within their communities. What did you do with the first commission check you received?

Upon receiving my inaugural commission check, I recognized the pivotal moment it represented in my real estate journey. I decided to take a strategic approach and reinvested that income back into my business. This financial injection was dedicated to implementing high-end marketing initiatives and meticulously crafting a robust brand identity.

I understood the significance of establishing a compelling brand and a strong market presence in the competitive real estate landscape. Therefore, I used the funds to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that included professional photography, immersive videos, 3D tours, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools. These assets not only enhanced my listings but also set me apart as an agent who offered top-tier services.

What is your favorite spot in FL?
