Here’s the Deal:
- Up to 5% of your loan amount (minimum $10,000 / maximum $35,000)
- 0% interest, no monthly payments
- Deferred 30-year 2nd mortgage (due only if you sell, refinance, or move out)
- Works with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans
- No origination points or junk fees
Who Qualifies?
- Teachers & school staff
- Healthcare workers (nurses, techs, aides, etc.)
- Firefighters, police officers, EMTs
